Reference Checking & Information Verification
It is proven that between 25% - 33% of Job Applicants do not tell the truth on their CV's, or when attending interviews? Despite this alarming statistic, many companies do not formally verify information provided by candidates, and surprisingly others never take out references on their potential future employees.
Glencourt Associates can work with you to provide factual and independent career verification process, in a highly cost-effective and non-judgemental manner. We are Data Protection registered and all screening is conducted with a candidate's formal consent.
We can provide varying volumes of factual information ranging from basic name and address confirmation accompanied by verification of last two employment periods plus verbal references, to more complex processes that check the electoral role, verify secondary education/degree, full employment history (including reasons for leaving), professional training, plus undertaking credit searches and a disqualified director check.
Whilst the decision on who to recruit must never be based on psychometric reports alone, such reports can be an invaluable aid to your interviewing process, and highlight the areas that need to be explored in greater detail when you meet that specific candidate.
Glencourt Associates is able to offer you two levels of psychometric assessments:
a) Quick Overview – A brief assessment resulting from a short questionnaire to provide an initial overview of a person's strengths, motivators, ideal job emphasis, and ability to perform under pressure.
b) Glencourt In-Depth - A highly detailed written report compiled by our Consultant Psychometrician and Member of the British Psychological Society. A detailed written report incorporates the results from up to four relevant psychometric questionnaires. We consider such assessments to be essential for you to thoroughly evaluate those candidates being considered for your senior and key roles.
